Numbers for the congress are limited, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis therefore on site registrations will not be guaranteed.

Social Dinner

The Social Dinner will be held on Wednesday, September 26 at 8:00 pm. at the Golf Club in Genève.
A nominal fee of € 20 to confirm your place at the Social Dinner is required, when booking through the online registration form.
Accompanying person dinner fee in € 60. Booking can be made through the online registration form.
Advance booking is requested as seating is limited.

PAYMENT METHODS

To complete the registration, payment in full must be paid before the corresponding deadlines.
A Confirmation of Registration email will be sent upon the clearance of payment as well as the electronic receipt(s). Payments are accepted in EUROS either by credit card or wire transfer as follows:

– Visa, Master, AMEX credit cards are accepted.

Wire Transfer
– All bank charges should be paid by registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
– A copy of remittance receipt should be mailed to the Secretariat (e-mail: info@esptsummerschool.eu)

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat via email at info@esptsummerschool.eu
All refunds will be made after the completion of the Conference for administrative reasons and bank charges and administrative fees will be deducted from total payable.

By 31st August , 2018 Full Refund (less Euros 50 for administrative fees)
From 1st September, 2018 No refund

Hotel cancellations must be notified within August, 1st 2018
Later notifications wille be charged in full.
